A group of physicists in Denmark have developed an audio visualizer made of flames and dubbed it "Pyro Board." Based on the Rubens' tube -- an antique piece of apparatus used to demonstrate the relationship between sounds waves and sound pressure -- the Pyro Board ups the ante by utilizing 2,500 flames to depict sound in a synchronized manner.
